How to view new consultation requests

You can see a list of all consultation requests submitted through your portal under the “Matters” tab of your dashboard. Click on a matter to view its details:

Different types of Matters:

  • New matters These are open matters that have been submitted since the last reporting period.
  • Due matters These are open matters where an attorney received an automated email prompting them to submit a report about the matter. Automated report emails are sent out based on the specific schedule that your portal has been configured with.
  • Current matters These are open matters where the lawyer is up-to-date on their reporting obligations.
  • Closed matters These are matters where the attorney has indicated that the matter is closed and no further events are anticipated. Automated emails are no longer sent to attorneys once they close a matter.
