How to disable a lawyer's account

Administrators can temporarily disable lawyer's from receiving referrals. To do so, visit the “Lawyers” tab of your dashboard, click on a lawyer, then select “Change Status” from the available options. From there you can either choose to enable or disable the attorney’s account, depending on what the current status of lawyer's account is:
