How to add notes about a lawyer

Administrators can add notes about a lawyer's account by selecting the “Notes” from the available options, clicking the "Edit" link, typing in notes, and clicking "Save" to store those notes:

These notes are only viewable to the administrator, not to lawyers or the public.
