How to review pending referrals
When a potential client submits a request for a referral and your portal is in staff-review mode, the master administrator email for your portal will receive an email notification. To view the pending request, go to the Matters tab and then click on the Pending Referrals subtab where you will see any referrals that are awaiting LRS staff review:
Next, click the Review button to view the pending referral. The client's information will be pre-populated (though you have the option of editing it):
To complete the referral, simply select an attorney from the list of panelists and hit the Submit button. The referral may take several seconds to process, but within several seconds, you should see a success screen that looks like this:
Once you refresh the page, you'll see the completed referral appears in your LRS Matters subtab:
Note that if you do not want to refer a pending referral to your panel attorneys, you can click the Refer to Outside Organization toggle and make a referral to an outside organization or to no organization at all.
