How to view your matters
When a new request is submitted to you, you will receive an email with a link to your lawyer account on the Community.lawyer platform. Once you follow the link and enter your login credentials, you can view all referrals under the "Matters" tab of your dashboard.
If you want to search for a particular matter, you can type the prospective client’s name or the matter ID into the search bar and click “Search”. If you want to only view Open or Closed matters or matters that you owe remittances on, simply select the appropriate tab in the column on the left side of your screen. You can also filter the matters you are viewing by Practice Area.
To see more about a particular matter, simply click on the card to expand it. For example, if you were to click on the card for prospective client "Harold Rice", you would see the following view:
Clicking on the Section headers (e.g. "Request Details") will expand the selected section of the card.
