How to report on a matter
To submit a report on a "Due" matter's status, simply answer the question or set of questions you see in the "Reporting" section of the matter by clicking on the appropriate button.
While the portal system will only prompt you by email to submit reports for "Due" matters, you can also submit reports ahead of time by clicking the "Click here to add an update" button in the Reporting section of the matter card. This will reveal the reporting question or questions that you would normally only see if reporting for the matter was "Due".
