When you need to report on a matter

When a matter is labeled “Due”, that means you need to report on the matter to your network administrator. You will receive an initial email reminder when a report is due for a matter, and may receive reminder emails if you don't fulfill your reporting requirements promptly.

Please note that you do not have to wait for a matter to become due in order to report on its status.
